The partly completed machinery must only be operated if it has been established, where appropriate, that the machinery in which the partly completed machinery is to be incorporated satisfies the provisions in the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The specific documents under Annex VII part B pertaining to the partly completed machinery have been created. The manufacturer undertakes to submit the specific documents for the partly completed machinery to the competent authority in digital or printed form. |
